What you’ll do

  • As part of the EMEASA Technology Directorate team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the roadmap by leading and actively participating in special projects, especially in the areas of Health & Safety, Sustainability, Continuous Improvement and Engineering
  • You will create strategic analyses and decision templates based on the processed data in the various company divisions and regions
  • In your role as project manager, you will be responsible for meeting the planned milestones and overseeing the project and program statuses, acting as an interface between the Director of Engineering EMEASA, the Regional Directors of Engineering and the central project team
  • Your responsibilities include organizing events, including conventions, workshops, and meetings
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the creation of statistics and dashboards, you will analyze the collected data, derive recommendations for action from it, and present them at management level

Who you are

  • You have laid the foundation for your professional career by studying mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or process engineering (mining, raw materials)
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in the industrial environment as well as in the field of strategy or implementation consulting
  • In your expert role in the field of production and process technology, your expertise will make a significant contribution to the development of innovative solutions and to actively involve the project team in the implementation of these solutions
  • Due to your in-depth understanding of technical and procedural contexts, you will find it easy to communicate these topics in English (knowledge of German or Spanish would be an advantage)
  • Your commitment to being part of an intercultural team is reflected in your strong will to drive positive change from day 1
