• You will lead and manage techni­cal projects in inno­vation from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project manage­ment methodo­logies and best practices, with a strong focus on structured and data-driven decision-making.
• We want you to coordinate and colla­borate with cross-functional teams to drive project time­lines, deliver­ables, and outcomes. 
• In this role you will develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring align­ment with project objectives and resource optimi­zation.
• Additionally, you will utilize scientific exper­tise in glass or ceramics to provide technical gui­dance and support through­out the project life­cycle.

• Success­fully completed master`s or higher advanced degree in a scientific field, with focus on glass or ceramic strongly preferred
• Proven track record of technical project manage­ment, demon­strating a structured and data-driven approach
• Experience with classical project management methodo­logies, such as Water­fall, and tools, as well as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environ­ment, managing multiple projects simultane­ously
• Excellent communication in English & German and inter­personal skills
