Job Description

We are looking for you to support our area Autonomous Mobility at the location Lindau. This position can also be filled in Ulm or Neu-Ulm.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

  • Responsibility for the development and coordination of the work products over the complete ISO lifecycle of our latest radar product generation
  • Creation of hazard and risk analyses as well as support in the creation of safety analyses (FMEA, FMEDA, FTA)
  • Derive safety goals and requirements for the product
  • Definition of safety interfaces between identified system components and necessary safety concepts and saftey functions including the creation and coordination of safety requirement specifications
  • Ensurement of documentation of the safety system requirements
  • Planning of safety work products within the project and moderate / participate in technical reviews
  • Creation of the safety case and prepare the safety releases
  • Close cooperation with the project managers, developers and customers (all m/f/diverse)
  • Coordination of the safety requirements with the external and internal stakeholders
  • Support of the acquisition through cost estimates and creation of technical bases for the preparation of offers

Job Requirements
  • Academic degree in engineering, computer science, physics or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in automotive development (hardware, system engineering or software) including interaction with internal and external
  • Experienced in creating safety concepts and safety analyses
  • Experience with automotive processes such as ASPICE, ISO26262 or IEC61508 is essential
  • Experienced in project and quality management as well as in clarification and specification of requirements
  • Very good English language skills written and spoken, German language skills are beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented work
  • High level of commitment and motivation
