Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Design and specification of cleanliness concepts according to VDA 19 and ISO 16232 in pre-production and assembly processes
  
• Coordination of product and process industrialization with focus on metal processes to meet quality, budget and production goals
  
• Taking over responsibility for the continuous development of technical laser welding capabilities
  
• Coordination, monitoring and prioritization of continuous improvement of machinery and production processes with a focus on: metal processes

• Graduated Engineering / Economic engineering
  
• Long-term professional experience in Industrial Engineering / metal processing processes, preferably in the automotive industry
  
• Multi-annual experience in international project work
  
• Experience in successful implementation in VDA 19 and ISO 16232
  
• Well-founded knowledge in metal working / joining techniques such as for example welding and laser welding
  
• Very good knowledge of English and German written and spoken
