The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler's global spare parts business. With innovative strength, technical expertise, and the highest product quality, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is the trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles and prepares the independent aftermarket for the technologies of tomorrow.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Global Management of our Aftermarket training and technical content offer based on suitable KPI and derivation of actions and projects
  • Development of a strategic roadmap to accelerate the digitalization of our training and technical content production in alignment with the central and regional functions
  • Support our product experts in the development of new repair solutions with a special focus on e-mobility and diagnostics
  • Leadership of an interdisciplinary team of technical trainers and content specialists in the global aftermarket headquarters in Frankfurt
  • Project Management: responsibility of time, scope, budget and quality within the defined project goals and collaboration in international projects

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in e.g. engineering, automotive technology, business administration
  • Several years of experience in the Automotive Aftermarket in Product Management, Technical Services or Technical Marketing
  • Very good understanding of automotive technology, hands-on repair experience in an IAM or OES workshop as a master mechanic is beneficial
  • Previous experience in Technical Training and Content Creation as well as in e-Mobility, Diagnostics and current trends in the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German, further languages beneficial
  • Strong conceptional and organizational skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate in global teams, international work experience is beneficial
  • Forward-thinking, agile and pragmatic mindset, intercultural sensitivity, resilient, strong team-player
