Client Partner (m/f/d) – Leadership Advisory
Location: Munich/Home Office
Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent account management service to key strategic accounts, proactively monitoring existing revenue activity and demonstrating understanding of people issues in client’s business to successfully convert training needs into business
- Negotiates successful conclusions to major business development opportunities, building strong personal relationships with key stakeholders and presenting confidently to senior HR and business leaders
- Follows up sales leads, identifying opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and closes sale
- Proactively identifies and generates new lead opportunities and prospects
- Works to demonstrate payback to client’s business from the offered solutions
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years successful experience in HR Training field or
- Minimum 4 years sales experience in B2B or training industry
- Ability to understand business context and articulate solutions to HR professionals and business leaders
- Skilled at influencing senior decision makers and presenting at board level
- Professional appearance, able to represent company at major events and exhibitions
