Job Description
  • Responsibility for introducing, adapting, maintaining and improving Project Management Processes and Principles within the Business Area Conveying Solutions and all related functions and areas
  • Developing a qualification concept for all leaders and functions related to project management to support and increase awareness and application of Change Management Principles in the organization
  • Implementing a comprehensive project milestone monitoring ("Project Portfolio") together with the project leaders and the steering committees
  • Enhancing Project Management Principles and Processes by specifically considering and integrating Change Management Principles, with the target to increase sustainability of implementation, improved quality of communication about and from projects
  • Active participation as Project Manager or Team Member in selected projects linked to the strategy deployment
  • Successful supporting of the execution and implementation of projects as well as the sustainable transformation of the Business Area

Job Requirements
  • Academic degree in economics, communications, human resources or comparable qualification
  • Several years of working experience in project management or change management
  • Economical and general management knowledge
  • Experience with functional and remote leading and leading of interdisciplinary / international teams
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Motivating personality and ability to communicate effectively on every hierarchy level
  • Willingness to travel internationally and to work in intercultural teams
